9. AI Assistant and Conversation Data

This site includes an AI assistant that processes messages sent by the user. Messages are transmitted to OpenAI servers (USA) to generate responses. Please consult OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details. Conversations are stored anonymously in the user's browser for 14 days via localStorage. If the user voluntarily provides their name, email address, approximate budget, and project description, this information is saved to a secure database (Neon/AWS) for the sole purpose of allowing Mirko Buttazzo to follow up. The user is responsible for the content of the messages they send. You may request deletion of your data by writing to info@mirkobuttazzo.com.
